Lealand Properties, Inc.(LPI) was organized in 1999 with its core business is in the area of made to order (custom-made) houses. However, prior to that it had two years doing house renovations with another partner. Most of its projects were concentrated in the southern part of Manila particularly in the Alabang, Las Pinas, and Paranaque area. Thus, with seven years in the business and with the right corporate infrastructure, the company has decided to expand its operation outside of Greater Manila Area starting in 2007 consisting of residential and apartment units.

The company also has expanded into the build and sell business. Along with its General Brokerage (real estate) business, it is now offering several properties on a “Ready For Occupancy basis. The houses for sale are located in the B F Resort Village, Las Pinas City and Alabang areas. As an affiliate member of REBAP – LAMP and thru its wide network connection with other real estate brokers and practitioners, LPI can also look and scout for other properties including islands that would meet the specific requirement of a potential buyer.

LPI Head Office is located at 805 South Center Tower, 2203 Market Street, Madrigal Business Center, Alabang, Muntinlupa. It has a satellite office in Tayabas, Quezon in line with its 2008 expansion of starting a subdivision project in that area. Two small subdivision projects are now in the pipe line and sell- in of the lots shall will start by mid 2008.

The company also has expanded into the build and sell business. In conjunction with its general brokerage (real estate), LPI has several projects on a “Ready For Occupancy” (RFO) basis and has available houses ready for sale in B F Resort Village, Las Pinas City and Alabang.

Owing to the rising demand for affordable housing, LPI has launched the Talaverde Elegant Home Series. The houses range from P842,000.00 per bungalow unit and Php1.500M for its two storey unit. These model units can be constructed anywhere in the Greater Manila area and in selective areas in Luzon in which a client owns a lot. The company also has a tie-up with other established real estate developer for a house and lot package for these model units like the one with Active Realty and Development Corporation in its Town and Country at Dasmarinas, Cavite where the house and lot package starts at P1.200M on a 112 sqm. lot.

The company is also open for joint ventures for those who have lots (raw land or residential) on a selective basis.
